Pasta Classes at the Creamery

Who knew hosting cooking classes at the Creamery would be so much FUN?!

Last Saturday’s pasta workshop with Chef Craig of The Chef’s Acre was incredible. We had such an enthusiastic and engaged group of students with such great senses of humour, and they made some amazing pastas all from scratch. About an hour in, I had to actually massage my face - my cheeks were sore from grinning. It’s wonderful to watch a group of strangers get acquainted and become friends. And that’s what this class truly was: a group of friends gathering in laughter and camaraderie and learning. It was an incredible experience. My heart is still full ❤️

And then the family-style dinner after class - this wasn’t just pasta sauce and meatballs! Chef surprised us with a multi course gourmet meal featuring salads, filled pasta shells featuring our cheese and an amazing arrabbiata sauce, slow cooked Creekside short ribs and creamy polenta, delicate crab filled tortellini, and then capped it off with delicious tiramisu. The perfect end to a perfect evening.

Want to join us in an upcoming class? We will be hosting more in the future - be sure to sign up for our email list on our website to be the first to know when we open registration for our next classes.
