Garlic Belper

A hard, intensely flavourful grating or shaving cheese. Fresh curd curd is shaped into balls and rolled in freshly cracked toasted black peppercorns. Aged for 3-4 weeks before sale, the flavour intensifies as the curd dries, resulting in a robust flavoured cheese well suited to grating over pastas, vegetables, potatoes, and meats.
