At the Cheesemaker's Table 2026 with Chef Craig Scherer, RSE
Join us on the farm for our 4th annual dinner event: cocktails + canapes in the barns followed by a farm-inspired long table dinner under the stars. Meet and mingle with the farmers/cheesemakers and the cows, and enjoy an exquisite meal prepared by Chef Craig of The Chef’s Acre, featuring masterfully paired ingredients sourced right here on the farm.
Included with your ticket to At the Cheesemaker’s Table
Cows, Cocktails, and Canapes: a welcome reception with the cows, replete with beverages, hors d’oeuvres, and the opportunity to connect with your farmers and learn first-hand about life on the farm. Think farm tour, but more intimate.
Long Table Dinner under the Stars: a tapas-style menu of multiple shared small-plate courses, highlighting the best seasonal produce, locally raised meats, and — of course — plenty of Creekside Cheese woven throughout. Think of it as a wandering, lingering feast made for conversation, passing plates, and discovering new flavours together.
Conversations with Chef Craig: learn about Chef’s creative process as he explains which ingredients he uses and how he prepares them to perfection.
Date + Time: Thursday August 20 starting at 7pm
Cost: $175 per person, including gratuity
