Looking for a delicious and easy lunch idea for after the event? Order one of our cheese and charcuterie grazing options and we’ll have it ready for you by noon on Saturday. Find our GRAZE options in our online store.
The very first day the cows head out to spring pasture - also known around here as the annual herd-organized stampede of joy. Pure, infectious happiness! Join us as we cheer on our happy cows as they gallop out of the barns and start munching on lush spring grasses.
Please note: this event is weather dependent. While this week’s weather looks wonderful, Saturday’s forecast is a little iffy, with the possibility of a few showers. A few sprinkles won’t stop the fun, but heavier rain will. We’ll make a final call on Friday and, if needed, postpone to a better day.
As parking is limited, registration is absolutely required. Please register by vehicle, not by the number of people in your party. In most cases, this means selecting just 1 at checkout, unless you are registering more than one vehicle. Read on for full registration details.
To help make the most of our limited parking, we encourage visitors to carpool whenever possible. This year, there will be a $10 parking fee per vehicle, collected at the entrance to the farm. Card and cash are both accepted, and if paying with cash, exact change is always appreciated.
No payment is required at the time of registration. 😊
Be sure to complete the checkout process by clicking on the little shopping cart at the top right-hand corner of your screen. Your registration is only complete once you receive a confirmation email, so please double-check your inbox after checkout to make sure you are officially registered.
Each registration is for ONE vehicle.
Our cows will be galloping out the barn door at 11:00 AM sharp, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time for parking and making your way to the viewing area at the back of the barns. We recommend arriving no later than 10:15 AM.
Please note: while we usually welcome well-behaved, leashed pets, on this special day we ask that you leave your furry friends at home. The added excitement of unfamiliar animals might make our cows just a little too excited, and we’d rather not risk any broken fences.
An email with all the exciting final details—including the weather update—will arrive in your inbox sometime on Friday.
